IHS PRODUCTIONS INC was founded in 1995 by Michael L. Webb SR. After Spending several years as an Artist, Producer, and Promotions/A&R person Michael decided to incorporate. At a time when things were really going his way his life suddenly changed due to the onset of the Chronic illness Fibromyalgia. Michael has learned to live with this illness through much prayer, exercise, and lifestyle changes..
